So it looks like I'll be losing my office on Locust Walk, which resides in a building that was once a frat house, which will once again become a frat house.
Due to the fact that the building is falling apart anyways, and I am completely isolated there from anyone who does remotely the same job as me, I guess it is for the better.
I'll be taking up residence with many other computing staff at 3600 Market street, in a nice cubicle. I never thought I would be working in a cube again, but I guess it will keep me more focused on the tasks at hand! I am also looking into the possibility of getting a second office, located in my Old-old building, so we'll see about that.
For now, it's back to cube life. No windows, no natural light. Yay....
